We have a large database with an each time growing number of records. The records contain the basic information of ALL companies that exist in Europe. Those records will appear in a European directory, with some very particular caracteristics that will make it very exclusive. Each week more than 5.000 records are added and this will probably go on for more than a year. Your task should ONLY be finding as many as possible e-maladdresses for the records where the e-mail address is missing. We are aware that most probably this will have to be done manually. However, if you have other solutions, they are welcome too. This is probably a job for a very long time, if well done and the pricing correct from your side. We are start-ups, so we want you like us to start at the lowest possible budget, but as time will progress, we will systematically raise the budget for you. Since we have calculated that the potential is +/- 100.000.000 records, we think there is work enough for a few freelancers. We will evaluate your proposition and compare it to the propositions of other freelancers. Either you will be engaged, or you will not be. You will be informed of the results ASAP. It is the first time we launch a project on hourly basis. If you do a proposition, we want to know somthing very important: 1. how many hours/week will you work on this project ? 2. what will be the cost for 1 week on hourly basis? 3. How many records do you think you will be able to find the e-mail address for? No need to react without an answer to these 3 questions. We also will not react to automatically generated answers. We had to select something for the budget, but you determine that, of course.
