We are looking for an executive assistant to support the CEO/ Creative Director in home and office. The ideal candidate must be extremely self-motivated, organized, punctual, discrete, trustworthy and kind. You will be called on for creative and professional tasks to improve efficiencies and productivity. Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to managing calendars, phones, email correspondences, coordinating meetings, and booking travel arrangements. This is a casual, but fast-paced, demanding work environment. You must be energetic, positive, and able to adapt to the ever changing demands of the position. Responsibilities: • Maintain calendars and contact lists • Manage phone calls and electronic correspondences • Organize and maintain electronic files, desktops and journals • Coordinate meetings and record minutes for distribution • Track and manage purchases and deliveries • Coordinate household/ office repairs and maintenance • Maintain and process expenses (bill payments, deposits, mail organization, etc.) • Arrange flight and travel accommodations • Assist Creative Director in special projects gathering data and summarizing results for review • Event planning for private parties and functions
