Quality check and fixes on complex data entry woocommerce 5700 items (READ FIRST) -- 3

Hi i need someone to do a quality check on about 5700 products on website. MAKE SURE TO READ WHOLE PROJECT INCLUDING ATTACHMENT BEFORE BIDDING. THIS IS NOT SIMPLE DATA ENTRY IT INVOLVES MANY OPTIONS, VARIABLE PRODUCTS, DROP DOWNS, COLOR OPTIONS, AT LEAST 20 DATA ENTRY SPOTS PER PRODUCT. DO NOT CONTACT THROUGH THE SITE. MAKE SURE ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE TIME FOR THIS JOB IT WILL PROBABLY TAKE AT LEAST 4 WEEKS. I DONT HAVE TIME TO WASTE. Here is a video of how to do the printing side. It may take time to do the first one but then you can duplicate and then edit price and text, these are about 900 [login to view URL] MAX budget is $400 [login to view URL] Your job will be to make sure all products are entered correcty, include all data, correct description, fields, weights, colors, prices, drop down boxes etc. most work heavily with variations. Previous person made a lot of careless mistakes by duplicating items and only changing certain parts. Issues like no weights, options belong to other products, missing the option to pick one or two sides, colors or item may only have 1 side but they put two. They also left conflicting details about other products in the description and categories. Their problem was it was a long task and they kept changing teams so there was no quality check and there is a lot of learning involved. Product options are very detailed. This is about 900 items. Part2: There is an excel spread sheet that i have to send for some items. This section is about 4800 items but this part should be done automated since everything is in excel you may just need to make some edits, even the file name are already linked but you will need to do a little work to get the imprint colors to match the products. 1900 items are already entered but i think its best to erase and start over automated. The project is divided into 2 sections: paper printing (catalog based) promotional products like pens bag etc. (excel based) For the printing it contains 900 items that you will have to go over (i think there is probably a 40-50% error rate). Most of the work is done, it is just verifying and editing what is missing and add options where needed but settings are very detailed on the printing catalog. When you look on backend you will see more items but those are all not related to this item. I will go over some basic training so you understand how things should look. I need someone who can decicate a few weeks to 2 month to this project unless you think you can do it fast. But some steps are detailed. The printing is the most complex part about 900 with probably the most errors. The first product if not entered may take about 10-15 minutes but then its duplicate and just change prices, titles and size.
