We are looking for a personal assistant to help us with managing translation teams and projects. Formatting books, updating Social Media pages, emailing team members, etc. are also part of the job. The candidate should be able to work with multiple teams, monitor many deadlines, be extra attentive with storing, sending and receiving many files. Also, the candidate should have solid knowledge of Word, Acrobat Pro. The candidate must also be very organized, accurate and attentive to the details with a high-level of English (near-native) with management skills.
