I use Quick Books for my business. I receive service calls on the internet via emails. What i am looking for is a script that would capture name adress and telephone number and put in the cusomer files BUT it would have to make sure that customer is not there before posting a new one and if possible open up a new JOB but if that can not be done that is not a problem .

A Visual Basic program will read emails on your mail server (POP3 or IMAP) and post the info to your database. Will need more specs (e.g. type of database etc.)
