Semantic mapping analysis : data mapping and mining

We have medical operation and treatment data from different sources. Some tables describe the treatment in more summary manner and other describe it in more details (and the key words are not identical sometime. hk describe it as a) Tonsillectomym with one row Singpaore describe it as 1. Tonsils, Abscess, Drainage [login to view URL], Hemorrhage, Hemostasis [login to view URL], Various Lesions, Removal with/without Adenoidectomy We need to map (a) to (1)/(2)/(3) This is to train the computer to relate things from different sources even though the same thing (or a subset of the same things) is mapped together See this link: [login to view URL] Please establish a programme to put each row of the tosp table with mapping index against table 1 to 4. Pls tell me the tools you will use, no of days, and ask any questions.
