I need to compare data between same tables of the 2 different database. We need to run same jobs in 2 different Data base with same inputs. And we need to compare the output data. Present we are using Beyond Compare tool but for the huge data (Millions of records) this tool is crashing. Looking for a tool which will be faster and efficient. We will be comparing Text files, XL files .

I've read your requirements. you want me to develop a tool that can compare data from 2 different database that have same output table to compare. Am I right? I didn't get the part of text and XL file. I'm experienced software developer. As I can server administration and database managements, I've worked with many databases. I can suggest some other alternatives to but we need to discuss. Time and cost will be fixed after discussion.
