Access 2016 Database Query

Need some updates to queries. All I need in the queries is the Category field updated to reflect what is in the spreadsheet. The current query returns this for Football (one example) Training Videos/DVD Rentals/DVDs By Category/Football;Training Videos/DVD Rentals/Coach by Last Name/ D to G (Last Name)/Bob Elliott It should be (like it is in the attached spreadsheet): Training Videos/DVD Rentals/Other Sports/Football/***CATEGORY1****;Training Videos/DVD Rentals/Other Sports/Football/Coach by Last Name/ D to G (Last Name)/Bob Elliott ***Category1**** is where I need it to read the SubCategory_1 Field from the DVDs table. I also have baseball and softball in the database and all would be the same except Football would become baseball or softball depending on what sport it is assigned in the DVDs table (SportsCategory field). I have others to do but think I can copy and paste and get the rest to work if you can do these 3.
