Biscuits Checking System (Deep Learning Project)

Domain : Deep Learning - Convolutional Neural Network Instruction Rules: IR0: Suppose, 5 friends are sharing same kitchen. There is a baking tray on the oven. All the biscuits are put on this tray. IR1: There is camera located at the top of oven which is continuously checking the tray. IR2: The biscuits are in different shapes seen on the image. IR3: Camera is responsible to check and report the following information to every one’s mobile application [Mobile part should be!!!]; Total number of biscuits Number of biscuits of each different shape. Number of cocoa type of each different shape IR4: You are responsible for building and using Machine Learning Models: DNN (Deep Neural Net) and CNN (Convolutional Neural Net). Both Models are used for confirming the results. IR5: DNN and CNN designs are under your responsibility. No restriction is defined. (i.e. You can use DNN with 3 layers, 8 output neuron. Each layer has 128 neurons etc.) IR6: You should consider and discuss the following concepts related with your design; Materials: =========== M0: The biscuits -bought from grossary store- M1: One baking tray M2: One camera –you can use your mobile phone for taking sample pictures for simulating continuous framing- M3: Your code should be written in Python. You are expecting to use the libararies: OpenCV (for image processing), Tensorflow / keras / sklearn (for Machine Learning models).
