Check Modem balance, save Log

Halo guys. I need a very small thing done. I want a project done Visual Studio 2017 that sends a USSD code via usb modem and gets the response in a text box. basically, like check modem balance, and exports the response to an MS Access Database. the code Already connects to the modem, I just need the sending USSD, Getting response and saving the response. If it helps, I am using a Huawei E1550 ,MS OFFICE 2013. I need it done using AT Commands, something like "AT+CUSD........" I have attached a simple vb net project and a sample Access Database. You can use those or start from scratch, your choice. I have a fixed budget of $15 thanks. Regards, Bright Kevin.
