convert .Epub to Smashwords .doc version

I have two Ebooks (electronic books) which are currently in .ePub format, and I need them converted to the Smashwords .doc format. The ePub format is very clean and as-is has already qualified for inclusion at many of the etailers who accept .epub format. So This is not a difficult or time-consuming job as the bulk of the formatting is already done. It just needs to be in the .doc Smashwords format. This job will be considered complete after the work product qualifies for inclusion in the Smashwords premium catalog, i.e. when it is formatted correctly. So when I receive them, I want to be able to upload them to Smashwords and be done. There are two books. In print, they are 279 pages and 135 pages long. Please bid them together
