Need to honestly increase it to at least 7, preferably 8 and on top of all SE for highly targetted traffic from ELectronics and related segments of visitors. You should NOT implement No false or weak backlink, software or proxy or any other unwanted method to boost the PageRank and vistor that Google do not want. Everything has to be done as per Google recommendation. Payment is not a problem, but terms is very strict. We shall pay ONLY after seeing the results. A fixed amount (that you can bid on) will be paid on achieving the result and later, to maintain it on monthly basis, a maintainance amount would be paid per month. We do not need redesign of site or any graphics, only Higher PageRank While placing your bid, just let us know how long you may take to achive the results, in parts also, like PR6, PR7, PR8. If everything sounds good, we can pay a fixed amount after achieving each goal also.

Google updates its visible PR when Google wants to. The timeframe is therefore impossible to set. The PR is important, but wont alone give the site toprankings. This can be done. I would give it a year or two.
