n the attached matlab function , "BF", the variable "model_refl" is a model with five unknown parameters: HbO2, HHb, WF, a and b, where these five variables are defined as symbolic variables. I need to fit the second derivative of the model_refl with the second derivative of exp_refl, given by "diff_2_exp_refl" in five different wavelength regions to determine what the values of HbO2, HHb, WF, a and b are. The vector "boundaries" gives the upper and lower limits of the five parameters. I want the starting points to be 0 for each fit. The parts I am struggling with is lines 37, 47, and 57 where the lsqcurvefit function isn't running. I have also attached the workspace with all necessary variables so you can see the error I keep getting. Once line 37 has been run, I want to use that value of WF in line 47 so now the code only needs to fit for 4 variables. Once line 47 has run, I want to use the values of WF and HHb to fit the remaining three variables. (Please note, there are no lower and upper boundaries for the variables: a and b).
