Expert Design in Altium including Schematic redesign based on Reference design files

Need an Expert as this is a 192-ball BGA (12 mm × 12 mm, 0.8-mm ball-pitch) Design, complex High Speed Routing Is proficient with Altium Is proficient in PCB layout with Altium, capable of delivering production ready PCB Design files as well as output files , including Component Libraries/footprints/3d Bodies ETC. Expert Only Please, Not here to teach anyone how this is done, just need Quality Output Fast Perfect Altium PCB/Schematic Design Board design needs to follow all of the Guidelines provided here within the Project scope (files are provided for download) Complete Schematic needs to be created using of the shelf components (sourced through Digi/Mouser/Avnet/etc) Board needs to incorporate all of our specified C and A as well as DC connectors will be supplied in Altium Format with 3D bodies to in-cooperate into this design ....Connectors /LED pipes and DC jacks (files for jacks will be provided in Altium format), additions to schematic will need to be made to include CC line triggers/ ESD protection as well as Power Protection circuit (fuse/ideal diode) - Libraries of Components including Components Schematics and Footprints need to be made - Project Files Should be Production Ready Output Format, including complete BOM and Gerber/pick-place files - Design must be safe; the device must operate reliably. - Design must be optimized for small size. - Minimal amount of board layers to be used. - Resistors and all other components should be of minimal size and available in small quantities. - Design will be reviewed before project closure by Cypress - Proto testing requires several weeks.
