I need you to Send html email To list of 500,000 email addresses which will drive them to opt-in pages (I will supply the text/html for each of these emails). This is so I can clean the list and also make sure any new email signups are CAN-SPAM compliant. You need to have experience in bulk marketing via email and a good understanding of how to ensure these emails are not blocked or don't end up in spam folders. This requires IP changes from sending client or other techniques. (By the way, I have another 2 project related to this - please find using my user: 1) Purchase Email List 2) Verify Email List and Country
