Hi, I can try to help you to check why do you have spam problems. I don't know the app Moosend but I created more than 40 cold-mailing campaigns for companies from marketing and IT sector. I can recommend you also some different cold-mailing softwares and check why your emails go to spam - it can be technical problem with domain, bad email content etc. Please send me direct message for more details.
