Very Important and a MUST based your bid on that Task #2: A BULK mailer that will send an emails to over 5MM, 10MM Businesses to post coupons or Jobs on our site We will give you the template and a special signup link in email that will give them a very low intro rate to post their coupons or jobs listings for a specific city on our site 70% of email will be with one template - Paid template and 30% will be with Free Template and we want to see different response and measure what is more effective. So lets say you send 5MM - 2.5MM will be with a paid small fee to post a coupon or a few coupons for X amount of time so they can be renewed. We will give you template and rest will be a free ad/ email to post their ad for free on our site. Now your mailing need to be a server that we can logon and see your mailing we need to see proof of the mailings logs and You must tell us what Ips you will be using to make sure no blacklisted and logs showing those Ips sent from- no exceptions to make sure you really sent our mail There is no milestone release until all is mailed. No expetion.
