I have a large job i wish to have a kiosk which can copy and cut keys to order made for me I have a scanning unit which can scan keys and process them on a pc. The kiosk is to cut keys using a cnc i would recomend the isel machine as attached but you can use another or build your own as long as it is accurate So the key gets put in to scanner unit the key is scanned. The image is processed The processed image is sent to the cnc. The cnc cuts a new key from a very basic blank such as a rectangular piece of brass The kiosk must have 2 different types of key blank and i prefer five The kiosk must self load them and clean its self The kiosk will need to have a pc and touch screen so user can use it The kiosk must be fully enclosed The kiosk must be user friendly The kiosk will need to have a money receiver built in The cutting of keys is not easy and the the groves in the key can be difficult to do so the cnc doing the milling has to be good and would need tool changing ability I am looking for an actual built machine that can work from American domestic electricity

I'm really perplexed as to why you need a custom machine built. There are tons of Key cutting CNC machines on the market...why not use one or rather pick one that approximates what you need and tweak it? I can help with that do it faster and probably much cheaper! There is no need to reinvent the wheel unless the wheel you want will do something different than all the other wheels out there already!
