This kind of image processing problems is familiar to me as I was involved in a project on image registration (Matab+IDL) including polynomial or affine image transform stage. Therefore, I can provide m-code performing image translation both integer-pixel or subpixel. This can be done for grayscale, RGB or indexed images (by request) and using specified interpolation algorithms.
