Customer Support Operator is responsible for communicating with the customers of [login to view URL] service, helping them to find goods, answering inquires, checking the prices and availability of goods in online stores from Japan. Other tasks may include translation of item names, checking mails etc. Work communication language: English, Japanese. The work is performed from the applicant's home PC. Communication with customers is administered via messages on the ZenMarket site (no live communication required). Flexible work schedule. Minimum requirements are: Not less than 2 days and 20 hours per week. Possible to start immediately. No experience welcome! Hourly wage is 4 USD.
