Vocational Aptitude Web Site -- 2

Development of a new web site for vocational aptitude testing. Potential job applicants from various client companies would log on to our web site in order to take various employment tests. The site would include the Wonderlic aptitude test as well as more job specific aptitude testing such as sales ability, proficiency with Microsoft programs and the like. In addition to the Wonderlic exam other testing materials would likely come from Total Testing or 123 Testing. Test would generally be administered through email. We would subscribe to test material and a vocational exam would be given to job candidates through various email links. The employer and/or test taker would likely be provided the testing results. As part of this new web site, we would need to keep track of (1) potential employees taking tests, (2) which examinations are being utilized, (3) the results of each examination and (4) all applicants applying to a specific job. The site may also be used for employment staffing. Potential candidates in this application will be given both the Wonderlic and other IQ testing. Each candidates results will be made public (on the web site) as potential employers could evaluate an applicants tests results in conjunction with (1) an hourly wage being sought and (2) the likely length of employment desired; potential staffing employees would be privy to the jobs being offered, the employers address, type of business, the hourly wage offered and the length of time they will be most likely needed. We are looking for a free lance person to (1) likely administer the site on an ongoing basis, (2) to be sensitive to the fact that the site will likely go through an evolution comprised on both initial requirements and subsequent "learned" requirements based on actual use. We see the developing team be needed on an ongoing basis with the intensity of the work coming in its early phases. Please also keep in mind that we will likely be initiating the testing through email links. We would also want to know how the web developer sees their future involvement as the web site matures and goes through its evolution. Additionally, we will be featuring a medical director for the web site and their involvement will be also incorporated into the web site. In other words, a medical director (likely an industrial physiologist) will be hands on in terms of deciding on the test selection and points of emphasis for the company offering the work (either long term or short term)
