To show my expertise on this, below should handle your requirements. 1) Create one dashboard to cover all 4 datasets, we just have to filter/clean the dataset on what we need covering: a) High Level view b) Drill down We are going to use slicer to interconnect those 4 datasets so that you can just filter the data you want to view, based on the data field that you want to use as a filter(month, year, metrics, etc.). This way you will be able to see the trend. 2) We can have a main dashboard that covers high level view of those data sets and we are going to apply same logic of filtering. For the drill down data, we can have buttons with link to a different sheet to show further details. I have a vast experience in data analyst and visualization. I can relate to this since, as one of my responsibility is to update daily KPIs using different tools and methods to publish it followed by a discussion with the senior stakeholders to better understand the trend, gaps and use these details on our business decisions.
