Data entry for a lighting webshop

Hello, I own an online lighting store that is looking for someone to enter lighting (indoor/outdoor/LED) products in excel or openoffice (or similar) so we can upload the products to our webshop. This would be an ongoing (halftime/fulltime) job. main tasks: - data entry for lighting products - curating the existing products I will give you an document on how we enter products and will also follow up and evaluate your data entries to help you. I'm setting a monthly budget for this of maximum 500 USD. However this can change in the future. It's important how much you get done but even more important that the quality is good. For me it's less important how many hours you do per month but it can't be too slow. Bonus points if you have these skills. These are ranked in order of importance: - You know how to crop and resize images. You have a good eye sort of speak. - Basic technical knowledge of lighting is a plus. - We are expanding to French speaking countries hopefully this year so if you know how to write French that would be a big bonus. But it's not crucial and i can find someone else for this if necessary. Benefits: - No fixed hours. You can work whenever you want so you don't have to be online when i am. - Steady income and an ongoing job. - After time and improvement of your skills the pay will raise a bit. I'm willing to discuss paying a fixed hourly fee or a fee per entry. Quality is of the highest importance so i prefer a fixed hourly fee that will be paid weekly or monthly. Ideally you would bill with an official invoice and i will wire you the payment. If necessary i can pay via this site but i will need an invoice for bookkeeping. Depending on the amount of interest ask for a paid test for a couple of products to see how well it goes.
