Attached is the word doc that describes the work needed. I need research and data entry for each postal area (I've got a google doc for this) this should equal about 1hr/4 GBP and then I will need an email sent to each contact that has an email address and this should be 0.5hr/2 GBP. I have 11 postal areas, so this is 66 GBP. I'm adding and an additional 1hr as a buffer, as some postal area lists are shorter and longer than others - a total of 70 GBP.
