Data Entry Specialist

The Data Entry Specialist works cross-functionally with media services, audience development and finance on the receipt and order entry of customer and demographic data following financial and demographic audit rules. This position is key in delivering accurate customer and demographic data to third-party vendors including auditors, printers, warehouse and email marketing vendors. Location: Cranbury, NJ Responsibilities: Order Entry (60%): Provide accurate order entry of customer and demographic data into various systems Understand and follow various audit rules Input and balance order entry of all paid orders Customer inquiry and research Review and identify customer files for duplication and remove Query and reporting (30%): Query and run daily transaction files for product fulfillment warehouse Import daily product tracking files Run all daily month end processes and reporting for various systems Run audience analysis reports as requested Other (10%): Receipt and processing of customer service inbox Research and respond to questions for internal call center team Qualifications: A bachelor's degree with proven work educational/professional experience in database analytics Strong proficiency with Microsoft office products (Excel, Word) as well as prove analytical and reporting skills Demonstrated organization skills, attention to detail and work independently to manage multiple responsibilities and meet all deadlines Outstanding problem solver with excellent customer services skills handling matters in a courteous and timely manner with outstanding written and oral communications A team player with the ability to work in an evolving fast-paced environment
