We need someone to help up set up some mail merge automations based upon web orders

hi all, We are looking for a mail merge / woocommerce / wordpress / excel expert to help us achieve automation with some tasks. We sell tickets for events, which have varying dates. We will do this via woocommerce. We use custom variations/attributes via woocommerce to manage different dates/allocations for events. What we need to be able to do is automatically send a list of attendees for each date (variation) to a designated (which is variable and sometimes multiple) by email 2 hours ahead of the event start time. The way we think this could happen is syncing orders with google sheets and using mail merge. We also need a unique survey link (that we create when we list each product) to be sent to attendees at 9am the day after they attended the event. This could work in the same way and will ultimately succeed/or fail on the ability of someone to set our product variables in a way that can be understood by a mail merge function to do what we need it to do. if this is something you think you can achieve, please contact us and tell us how you intend on achieving this for us, or ask us for anything else you need in order to understand our project more clearly.
