property specialist looking for virtual assistant for putting ads online, arrange viewing, handling phone calls

We are a commercial property leasing company located in Singapore. We are looking for a digital marketing cum general admin assistant to help handle putting advertisement on property portal, arranging viewings, handling phone calls, sending emails to customers and landlords, and build simple websites and upload advertisement to the websites, as well as do SEO of the websites. Salary is SGD200-SGD300/month for part-time (20 hours per week, 7:30am to 11:30am Singapore time) depending on experience, with potential for annual merit raises and bonuses. We hope to find someone who is based in similar time zones. We hope to find a reliable, talented, self-motivated, trustworthy VA that we can work with for years to come, and increase to full-time (8:30am to 5:30pm) within 6 months. You may link to a CV to provide more information Role requirements: 1. Have at least one year of experience doing similar jobs 2. Be able to work from 7:30am to 11:30pm (GMT+8, Manila time) initially and gradually increase to full day 3. Have a Skype account 4. Stable internet connection of at least 1 MB/s and a backup plan  5. Quiet room to work with no distractions or background noises whatsoever  6. Have great communication skills  7. Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 7 or Mac OS X  8. Perfectly working headset and webcam 8. Handle telephone communications with landlords and tenants 9. Will work from Monday to Friday 10. Fluency in both written and spoken English, pleasant over the phone What we provide: 1. All training needed for the job will be provided 2. Competitive salary SGD200 to SGD300 for part time (4 hours per day) and more for full time (excluding bonuses)  3. Monthly bonus, up to 10% pending on your performance and the performance of the business (after 3rd month in the company). 4. Annual bonus (SGD50 to SGD500) 5. Working from home  6.
