I require 2D animation of a character based on an Indian Software Engineer. I have provided the link to a similar YouTube video as an example. I would require a template like video that’s shown in the example, on which I can overlay and play the videos I want to. I also require the close up animations of the character’s face in different emotions that I will use as reaction shots. Example: [login to view URL]

This one sounds like a lot of fun. I'd love to create animations based on a real person's likeness. I'll give you a template of your design and provide close-up face shots of your desired expressions. You'll be able to overlay any video on the 'tv' and cut to close up face shots provided separately.
