I need this animation (attached) done up in Flash, it needs to be smoother and have some ripples in the water... Also the David Beards on the cabin needs to be animated like it's being written.. This project shouldn't take long for someone that is fluent in Flash.. I have the PSD files that you could use to work with if needed... This project needs to be done as quick as possible... So the lowest and fastest would be considered.. Once project is complete I expect to have the source files as well.. Samples would be great! Any questions please post in PM Thanks and good luck!

I can do the water animation and even the fish will be animated but the thing in the given reference their is no door if you provide me the details about other things it will be east to work
