new professional web-site is needed

Hello everybody. I´m new to this forum, but here we go: I own a small company and now I want my company webpage to look more professional, so that customers will thrust it, which is the most important thing. My current webpage doesn´t live up to this criteria. First, I want a new professional company logo and two banners (468x60 + 180x150), for advertising in the future. You can make 2 suggestions (drafts) and then I´ll chose one of them, for instance? When this task is finished, I want my new website to be developed with the new company logo incorporated. The website should be easy and friendly to navigate but this, I guess that you probably already could imagine... You may reuse some material from my old webpage if you want but I don´t think it´s good enough for you... You can use my old (current) webpage for inspiration and the text should be available in two languages: Danish and english. The user can then click on a flag and the page reloads in this language (danish and english flag are the 2 options to choose among). I´ll handle the translation of the everything from english to danish and the english text should be rewritten, since it´s not uptodate anymore. I think I´ll try to make some more outsourcing in the future, and put some more projects on this page. This also makes the old webpage outdated. The reason is that the old page doesn´t mention anything about this fact. So, currently, I haven´t decided which new text should be available to future users but we´ll find out later... When I´ve chosen who should do this task, I think that you should bring one or two suggestions (drafts) for text and button-layout, which are probably good ones and then I´ll approve one of them (make 2 drafts for saving time and money). Second, you can incorporate both the logo and the text in danish+english, into the webpage and finish off the design... I would like a small flash-movie (10 or 15 seconds?), as an introduction to the company webpage and a "skip intro"-button. The design should be original, but I prefer that you work from a template or an earlier project, so that I can save some money and still get a high quality website, for the cheapest possible price. This is important, since I only have a very small company and can´t afford the most expensive solutions. Everything must be attractive. I want to see some of your previous work before we start so that we can (hopefully) find a goodlooking template to work from. I like pulldown menus (vertical or horisontal, I don´t know - we find out) and I think that some javascript should be involved in the code. The current date must be shown somewhere on the page, and you should make a suggestion for a "privacy policy" and "terms of use", so that everything looks thrustworthy and okay, if you know what I mean :-) It should be a "clean website" and thereby I mean that your company is not allowed to make a link to yourself, i.e. "webdesign by xxxdesign.com". It is important, that it looks like my own company did the webdesign. That way, I hope to bring more projects to you or other people on this page. I don´t need database-stuff at this moment, but when the user clicks on the "contact"-button, a contact-form should be made, which the user can fill out, so that spammers won´t see my e-mail address. I think this can be made with javascript or something like that, but I´m not a javascript expert at all. Until now I have the following buttons, which the user can click on/choose among: Company profile (or just profile), qualifications, assignments, prices, conditions, news, vacancies, contact (random order). I hope you´ll bring some suggestions to this, when I show you my current/old company page (will only be shown to whoever wins this job). My business should be concentrated in 2 areas: Mechanical engineering (consulting) and Internet development (programming/webdesign/graphic design/computer stuff etc). For the latter, I hope to find a cheap company which brings me high quality work, that will do some more projects for me, depending on what the future might bring us. The webpage should work well with most modern browsers if this isn´t too difficult: Mozilla, Opera, Konqueror, and Internet Explorer.
