With the limited information provided, it is tough to say who you are trying to reach and exactly how I would suggest approaching them. I train salespeople for a living and am interested in using Freelancer on the side. Getting through the initial "gatekeeper" and how to build instant rapport with cold calls is where I focus a lot of my training, which has been molded by close to 15 years in various fields and positions.
