449532 Need Pixel Art Converted To Colored Vector Clip Art

I have several of my own creations of pixel art that I would like to have converted to vector clip art and colored in. At the moment I only want to have 1 of my creations converted this way so that it can be used in several different ways. Iron on transfers, framing, decals...etc...but I will possibly need someone that can do this on a regular basis...so this may be an ongoing project for the right person. Here is a detailed list of what I am looking for.... 1. Convert individual pixel art images into vector clip art. 2. Color vector clip art. 3. Provide different colors for clothing, hair, shoes...etc.. 4. Provide finished result that contains several files. Colored base body, colored clothing, colored hair, colored shoes. I would like to have at least 5 different colors for each. 5. Provide finished files in psd format. I can provide example to those interested. I can also provide my original pixel art in several different file formats...I will just need to know what file format you prefer.
