175589 Workout Reservation System

I need an online reservation system built for a website. The timeline is VERY short. Maybe 3-4 days so You must have successfully built a system like this before and must show proof of a front end and demo online. I'm really looking for someone who has already built a script like this that can just re install it on my servers and match the design of the current website. Feel free to use any code language. mySQL/PHP/AJAX are preferred but not necessary. Layout is CSS/DIV based. THE BUDGET IS VERY TIGHT AS WE'VE SPENT MONEY ON THE PROJECT ALREADY WITH UNSUCCESSFUL RESULTS. BIDS HIGHER THAN THE BUDGET AND/OR WITHOUT SOLID ONLINE DEMOS WILL BE IGNORED AND A WASTE OF TIME. Here are the requirements: 1. User signs up for an account 2. User purchases a block of credits that can be used to reserve Workout Sessions(1, 5, or 10) 3. User goes through calendar, clicks on dates, and reserves sessions. When 1 session is booked, 1 credit is deleted from account. When 1 session is selected, user is asked if they want to reserve the same class in the future. 4. If a session is full, user is offered the option of being on a waiting list. 5. If room becomes available in session due to cancellation, User on waiting list is automatically notified by email which contains a link to the appropriate session. 6. When the session is successfully booked, user has the option(when logged in), -view session -view credits -view help page -purchase more credits -Cancel Booked sessions (if more than 24 hours in advance) -view and edit profile -view passed sessions -contact the admin 7. Credit Card Processing is completed with Authorize.net. There cancellations/refunds must be available. The admin must be able to manually input and edit users and user [login to view URL] admin must also be able to add and remove sessions for users. MORE INFO: HELP WELCOME TO OUR ONLINE BOOKING Using our unique system, you can book, cancel, and buy sessions without ever picking up the phone. We strongly recommend that you get familiar with all the features that this system has to offer. MY PROFILE You can change all your personal info including your login and password. MY BOOKING STATUS You can check to see if you are confirmed for a class or not and what classes you are confirmed for. BUY SESSIONS You can buy more sessions by clicking "BUY SESSIONS" above or by calling the studio SIGN UP FOR CLASSES You can sign-up for and/or cancel classes. Look for the CONFIRM NOW button in the action column. If that class is full, please go on the waitlist and you will receive an email whenever space becomes available. Sessions left can be seen at any time at the top left of the screen. The sessions left keeps track of the sessions that are left to confirm in your account. Once a session is CONFIRMED, it is automatically deducted from the sessions left in your account. We can only confirm up to the amount of sessions left in your account. It is important to note that the sessions left has nothing to do with the sessions you have completed, the system does not differentiate between the sessions completed and not yet completed. For example, if you purchase 10 classes and you confirm 6 classes, the sessions left to confirm will be 4. Even if you have completed only 1 session so far. So it is possible to buy a package and have no sessions left, if you have already confirmed all of your sessions. CANCEL & LATE CANCEL If you cancel a CONFIRMED session, that session will be automatically returned to your account (so if you have 2 sessions left before you cancel, you will have 3 sessions left after you cancel) If you Late Cancel a CONFIRMED session, no session will be returned to your account. The system in forces our 24hrs cancellation policy. Please, be aware. Canceling a session that has a waiting or registered status does not affect your sessions left. Our system lets you CONFIRM classes based on availability. Please be careful when confirming sessions less than 24 hrs away, if you need to cancel a class that you just confirm yourself for, the system will not return that session to your account (24 hrs cancelation policy).
