Looking for a virtual assistant for various tasks.

Requires basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, PHP, Wordpress, Open Cart, CMS, Photoshop, etc, and great english spelling/grammar. I am looking to hire a virtual assistant to help me with various tasks for my company. I run a one-stop-shop media studio that works on media projects ranging from music production to graphic design and site management. Various tasks would include: 1.) Replying to client e-mails that I would need help with staying in touch with-- must be pro-active and polite to make sure client needs are met. 2.) Reaching out to clients to collect content needed for a website design, and properly organizing them for use for our designers. 3.) Maintaining our support ticketing system and fixing basic issues on our client's websites. (Basic CSS, html, and php knowledge needed.) Example: if a client needed a basic layout change, or notices a bug on their website. 4.) General/random research for myself and clients. (Example: can you find all of the contact numbers for booking/manager of various clubs in Atlanta, GA that would allow pop music.) 5.) Assist with organizing ideas for new projects to put into motion. For example-- if I have a new website idea that I would like to try, I would like to team up with you to figure out what is needed to put it into motion. 6.) Making sure that deadlines are being reached with out client's projects. 7.) Submitting music to music sync websites, etc. (This would come later, as I would need to train you.) 8.) Keeping track of any outsourced projects. (This would require you to use our FIverr, Freelancer, Or E-lance Account to check on anything that we have outsourced.) 9.) Submitting music to blogs/forums. 10) Assistance with basic marketing/advertising. 11.) Basic graphic design. I may need a banner/logo designed, or a picture edited from time to time. As you can see, I am in need of someone who can perform a wide variety of tasks. (Not all at once obviously.) I run a very small company with a small budget, so things may be slow at first, but I am looking for someone who I can bring on to grow with our company for long term.
