Logo Design

The logo is for a business that takes traditional paper pictures and scans them and saves them digitally for the customer. The name of the business is "Modern Memories". I want it to be fairly simple but to convey in some way that we are going from the traditional to the digital age...maybe by showing ones and zeros (binary) in the design as well as maybe a representation of a photo, but I will leave this for the designer, but that's the general idea, by all means, please be creative! I want the words "Modern Memories" to be in the logo as well as some type of graphic. My first thought was to have the graphic element on the left side of the words, but I'm open to other design possibilities. The logo needs to be vector based as it will be used for various things such as business cards, web site, documents and so forth, so it needs to be easily scalable without loss of sharpness.
