Two (2) Logo Designs

I'm looking for the creation of one new logo and ideas for updating an existing logo. The first logo is for a company called "Sultan (Original Turkish Kebabs)". As the name suggests we're looking for whatever graphic representation you feel would best suit such a brand name and therefore duly create such artwork. My friend whose company this is - has a liking for using the 'Algerian' font but to be honest, you are probably more of an expert than my friend and I will ever be, so we are open to any and every creative idea you may have. Bearing in mind this is a food related business, a knowledge and the use of appropriate fonts and colors for said type of business, would be greatly appreciated. The second logo is for an established business in Pattaya, Thailand called "Tui's Place". By visiting [login to view URL] you will be able to see their current logo and unlike the previous logo creation request, Tui's Place's new logo does have parameters. Firstly, there MUST be a blue and white beach umbrella incorporated into the final design and secondly, my friend (the owner) would prefer (if at all possible) to keep the 'Edwardian Script ITC' font to use for the words "Tui's Place". By the way, the incorporation of the color blue is also another important consideration. What the owner wants his redesigned logo to convey is the fact that his guest house is a relaxing place, right on the beach and is THE place to come stay when visiting Pattaya (Thailand). Finally, I would request that the freelancer who is kind enough to work with us, allow us as many small changes as needed (and when I say this, I maybe envisage 3 or 4 changes at most) to finalize both individual designs. Also, a rough outline of maybe a few different ideas would be appreciated too, so we can know we have made the right choice. The freelancer we eventually work with for this project will be first choice too for creating animated logos, at a later time of course. Thank you very much.
