Application created for one country only

Hey! I need a barber app that will show the best saloons in a city (Bulgaria only). People would be able to book an hour and check the prices of a service. There will be different bonuses and more features. But thats the main idea... An app that will help you choose your barber easier and you will be able to write a review afterwards. I dont have a design and you will have to design it as well (looking for a minimalistic design) I prefer not to work with teams so please dont bid if you represent a team. I will ignore all copy/paste bids. P.s I will need you to make a small demo version before finishing the app so I can show it to different saloons!
