I'm looking for a website design that is very basic. Simple, one-page, one frame, picture in-the-background, company logo and contact info. No up-and-down movement, which I wasn't able to figure out on GoDaddy, nor wix. No links, no anything. An active info@ address. That's it. Attached is a picture that I would like in the background of the homepage? Please contact for more specifications.
