We already have the website URL and the third party hosting site. We require a freelancer to design the webpages. Mostly static pages and few Dynamic pages. We expect the freelancer to hand over the design so that we can update and edit the content whenever required. Further we are looking at a freelancer from Chennai, so that interaction and our understanding of the development is correct.
