We would like a video created for our company very similar to this: [login to view URL] The freelancer awarded must be able to create icons and graphics similar to those in the video. Although we are using the video as a reference, the created video should not feel like a clone and have a unique style. The video should incorporate the following 1. 1 – Receive and Sort a. Receive the HP Pallets in to inventory b. Items are sorted by category and demand 2. 2- Serialize and Prepare a. Each Serial number is scanned and labeled along with its part number and model b. Sorted pallets are broken down further according to model and necessity 3. 3- Initial Grade and Processing a. Items are graded on condition and functionality [MN (Manufacturer New), TN (Tested New/New Open), B (Lightly Used), C (Moderate to Heavy Signs of Use), F (Failed Testing), and X (Unsellable Condition)] b. Items in MN – C Grade are moved to the testing stage 4. 4- Quality Test, Data Wipe, and Final Grade a. All items are thoroughly tested by our expert staff b. Upon completion of testing, all units will be restored to an out of box experience c. The tester will also confirm the initial grading 5. 5- Professional Conditioning and Repacking (Pack Out) a. Salable items are carefully detailed and cleaned and packaged with their included accessories b. We collaborate with the OEM’s to ensure that our final product is equal to a genuine out of box experience. All products that finish the refurbishing process will have the same quality look and feel that a customer would expect in a retail setting. Our process has been refined with years of experience.
