Hi, Looking for someone who can: - Design Casual Dating Websites - Make 3-4 pages per Site - Be Creative! The ideal person for this job thrives on creativity. I am not a designer myself, but I have worked very hard designing my own sites and they have turned out pretty good. However I need help... I don't have time to design every site I want to create. I want to create dating sites for Europe, Asia and North/South America and I need your help. I will give you a vague concept of a dating site, and expect you to make me a few sketches of what you think this should look like. I will give you a small document that explains EXACTLY what I want in terms of process. No nude websites. Just pictures of attractive women organized on a page that makes men want to join the site. If you have experience making beautiful websites, now is the time to show them to me. If you think you can be one of our designers, great. We pay $120 per site and expect professional work. If you pass the test, not only do I pay you $120 for the job you've already started, you will be paid $120 for every site you design. Each site has 3-5 pages. They're all kind of the same thing. Once you've made 2-3 sites for us you will probably be able to copy most of the elements... but always stay sharp and create original, creative and good looking sites. This isn't a job for someone who will always be trying raise how much we offer per site. This isn't a job posting for lazy people. We use Telegram to communicate, although the initial interview/test will be handled through Upwork. Our developers have been work us for an average of 3.5 years and I've personally known our account managers for 3+ years. Everyone is like you.
