Design a Concept store in United Arab Emirates

We own a Speciality Coffee Shop in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, which opened in 2015. This successful experience shows us an increasing interest for good food and entertainment. Our business idea is to open the a urban/industrial style Concept Store in order to offer a dining and shopping experience in the same location. The name will be “The Common Room” and the logo will be ready in few days. The location, already selected, and sized 1600 sqft on 2 floors, wil be inspired to industrial warehouses, with open spaces and big windows. Following our successful background, and our strong reputation, the ground floor of the retail will be a coffee shop/restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. As a main item, we will be focused on Speciality Coffee, which is booming in UAE with a growing rate of more than 10% a year. Mezzanine will exhibit products and will be used for events, classes, therefore the space has to be flexible with shelves/racks/cabinets on the walls, and movable items in the centre in order to be able to place chairs. What we need is: • Tables and chairs layout and suggestion about style • Technical input, suggestion about style and exploded view of the storage space to be put behind the counter • Technical input, suggestion about style and exploded view of the storage space for objects in the ground floor and mezzanine • Technical input, suggestion about style for lightning system The selection of objects sold will include: Chocolate, Coffee beans and equipment, Jewelry, Fashion, Linen. Art and Craft.  Our target is to offer affordable, nice items in an enjoyable and cosy environment and to organize classes, events and gatherings, using the space as a meeting point. We have already an idea of the layout of counter and of the style, but we are available to receive new inputs.
