A design for a modern exterior façade for a strip shopping plaza. 1. Initially, the freelancer will submit 6 designs for me to choose from 3 designs that I think are most attractive 2. Revisions will be made on 3 designs of the initial 6 designs 3. The designs should be made: a. Modern b. Reasonably economic in both materials and labor c. Durable and practical d. Would not need extensive labor work to achieve 4. A detailed list of the materials to be used in the exterior should be provided. For examples you would mention the type of the material to be used stones, glass tiles, aluminum, marble, ETC 5. The design should include creative Lighting to highlight the building at night in a modern very attractive and classy style 6. Included in the project is a modern design to the exterior sign/post at which the name of the plaza and the stores should be listed 7. Blue prints of elevations of the building and building’s photos are attached 8. Designs and drawings should be submitted in an AutoCAD or similar software that could be read and reviewed by construction contractors
