I need a set of animated GIF actions for one character I am going to use in explainer-style videos. If you can design the character too that's great. If you need layered PSD and you just do animation that's ok too. This is an ongoing project with more needs for the right person. For first task I need a high quality cartoon-style animated character with multiple animations: - happy - sad - mad - confused - jumping - working - thinking - talking - walking - dancing (I am open to more ideas also for actions but I need at least those) I need a very highly detailed quality character--not like those flat stick figures that are common. Output is animated GIF with transparent background. Please quote time and cost.

I can design the character and animate it all gestures/moods listed, no problem. We should talk about style wanted, or even if you want me to use my own. My rates are: In Rig animation: $8.5 usd per second 2D classical animation: $25 usd per second First after you give me all details, I'll create a series of raw sketches to define basic design, I'll send them to you for your review, after get your comments, I'll create another more detailed sketch to define artistic matters and fix basic design. You check it and let me know you thoughts, so then I create the final art, which still can be slightly modified. After animation being approved, I'll create the gif file and send you the file link.
