Please read the attached PDF entirely before responding. The [login to view URL] website provides advice and tools for families visiting the Disney and Universal theme parks, the Disney Cruise Line, and Washington DC. Our audience is primarily women ages 25-44. Special consideration of bids will be given from woman-owned or -led firms and teams. The site’s current navigation is not good. I think it has these problems at least: 1. It is hard to find common things 2. It does not identify things that the user doesn’t know about, but that are important 3. It seems cluttered (to me, anyway) 4. The navigation scheme is not consistent from page to page As an example of the first problem (“It’s hard to find things”), consider our Walt Disney World landing page. The only Disney World-specific site navigation at the top of the page is for “Walt Disney World” – and you’re already on that page. So the most important site nav link on that page literally doesn’t do anything. **Addendum** - This Dropbox doc contains a list of navigation-related issues that users have reported in satisfaction surveys: [login to view URL]
