I have a simple HTML page that is a user guide for my software. The current design is very ugly, I would like to improve it, attached you can see a printscreen of my webpage. I will share all the files with a short list of candidates. New freelancers are welcome. It is a simple webpage but I am looking for a beautiful design and also HTML and CSS implementation.
