Flexible support for our liferay installation - for modifications and other ad hoc jobs

Background: We are running a liferay installation with multiple sites, internal and external, and a shop We need to do regularly changes, set-up of a new site, modifications to exisiting content, installation of aplets etc. We are lookig for a resource who will give us flexible support on this, both, developing skins or setting up sites, configuration jobs or -on the other hand -quick changes of contents. this would require two different kinds of hourly fees or types of freelancers, for qualified liferay project work or for content pasting and modification. Fees should be differentiated between these two task types or we want two different kinds of freelancers. Also, please state fees for one time jobs or if we work on a regular basis - within a framework of a monthly budget frame. In more detail: Requirement: extensive experience in latest liferay version. we need to have a flexible freelancer who will implement -alone or together with one of our (non-liferay-) specialists modifications to an existing installation. These modifications are, for example: - creation and quick configuration of addional sites - implementation of (e.g. shop portlet and others) of portlets - upload of high number of files and directories (not one by one, - several bulk uploads into database) - creation of micro-websites - others. Some of the work pieces will be / can be done in the office, some will be done on the basis of gotomeeting sessions, where the candidate will work on the liferay instance together with one specialist of our company - sharing computer screens. the ideal candidate has - as mentioned - sound experience, is fluent in English or German, and is flexible in terms of time. We will define the pieces of work at the beginning of the collaboration. please indicate your houerly rates which will be the basis for the collaboration. Flexible work sessions with gotomeeting will be paid on a hourly basis, other work, executed in the home office will be paid based on a time estimate of the pieces of work. we would like to start working within the next 3 - 4 days.
