Get a Website Built

I need our existing Wordpress website health star bham [dotcom] rebuilt. Its slow loading and needs the logo and colors updated. The site design should be the same as health star clinic [dotcom]. However, all the pages, page names, menus and contact information need to match our existing site which is health star BHAM [dotcom]. Images should be updated or altered to reduce load times and increase clarity. Slider images will need to be changed completely. The site must be built in Wordpress and forms must use contact form 7. The theme health star clinic uses is called Ellison. I'm happy to provide the theme, but concerned because load times are very slow on the health star clinic [dotcom] site. When building the site please keep site speed in mind as I am looking for 90+ scores on google. I would like the site built on our new hosting provider using a temporary URL (name servers still point to existing site). You will be responsible for building the site using the temporary URL and then updating it after we change the name servers. Backend access to our site, health star BHAM is available, however we have no administrative or FTP access to health star clinic site.
