Gradient created with line bands making a simple doppler effect

Please see the file attached. I basically need the pattern on the back of this business card recreated, it doesn't have to be an exact match of course, but as close as possible. The lines must be neat, and the image black on white background (or grey on whitebackground), basically I do not want want not grey scale gradients used to create this effect, because that is not what is being done on the card, the are using individual lines to create the gradient effect. Just to clarify, I don't need the current file vectorized, I need it recreated so the aspect ratio is not on an angle. This is the be applied to a new business card I am creating. This needs to be completed as a vector eps file, not bitmap. I'm guessing this would be done in illustrator, but those using autocad might be able to do it too, I am not sure as I don't use that program. Thank you
