I have an Excel spreadsheet that does economic and financial viability studies automatically (it has several formulas and all the maps are interconnected) and I would like to turn this spreadsheet into software that combines with business plan and has two languages: English and Portuguese and runs on IOS, WINDOWS, and LINUX and installs easily on one with a Pendrive.

Hi dear, i can turn the excel sheet into an extensive statistical, ecconomical data anaylsis software based on the excel sheet. I can design the application in two languages but will requrie a little. Relevant Skills and Experience .. help in Portuguese since i will design the application and will require help in correcting the errors of Portuguese language.
